We have decided to move away from our personal vs team edition pricing model. Instead, we have identified the three key subgroups of our users and devised three payment plans to serve them. From now on you will be able to choose from Basic, Professional and Premium plans. It is important to note, that all of them will have full access to all the Eylean Board features.
Next – the support levels
From now on, based on the plan you choose, the support level will vary as well. The basic plan users will get simple traditional support, while the Premium plan users will have a chance to get custom features and extensive daily support. Keep in mind, we will not forget anyone, but will differentiate the customizations we support.
Last but not least – the hosting
Due to a popular demand we decided to include the possibility to host your data on our servers right away. You can quickly choose this option and see the difference in price without even contacting us. We believe it will make your decision just a little bit easier.
One thing that has not changed is the free 15 day trial – it is still in place and active for all new users. And just to make the deal a little bit sweeter we decided to run a limited time offer for all the new users.
